Mixed feelings about this

The ladies at breakfast ensured nothing ran out, and the hotel maintained a welcoming atmosphere for my late arrival!

Staff failed to manage the rowdy guests adequately, leading to a raucous night filled with noise disturbances! !

Breakfast was good only for the country sausage slices.

Our room was switched to one that wasn't ready, and I got zero sleep! The walls are like paper, allowing every noise to seep through! If I had wanted to be awake all night listening to neighbors banging around, I would have stayed at home.

The room was functional and spacious enough for our needs.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was severely lacking. The old cereal under the beds was a surprising find that made me question the housekeeping standards.

Our stay was decent, especially with the excellent breakfast options and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, the pool didn't match the photos—far more algae than expected. Probably won't come back.

The stay at Fairfield Inn was quite a mix for me. I enjoyed the great service from the staff, particularly during breakfast. Diana was amazing, always replenishing food and keeping the dining area tidy even with a full house. The coffee was consistently good, which was a nice perk. However, there were some significant issues. The elevator broke down on the first day, and it was frustrating to see no urgent attempt to fix it. My room had a clogged sink, and the tub faucet was broken, making it difficult to relax. I also had to change rooms due to these maintenance issues, which was inconvenient. The carpets in the hallways could really use a deep clean, which did affect the overall cleanliness feel. While the location was convenient, these mechanical problems really detracted from the enjoyment of my stay.

I appreciated the comfort of the King Room I stayed in. It was spacious, with a nice layout that allowed me to relax. The breakfast had a solid variety, especially the coffee, which was consistently good. However, the low water pressure in the shower was frustrating. Definitely not refreshing after a long day. Another issue was the parking situation. I had to park in the back lot after a late return because the front was full, and the lighting back there was quite poor. It made me a bit uneasy walking to my room alone. The front desk staff made sure the breakfast area was kept tidy despite a busy crowd, which I liked, but I did encounter some noise at night from the guests above. It felt like they were dropping things repeatedly. While some things were up to par, there’s still room for improvement, especially concerning the noise insulation and parking safety.

This place suits me perfectly. It offers great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The friendly staff even helped with my bags on my first stay. I’m coming back for a weekend!

i really enjoyed my stay at fairfield inn. the location was perfect, just a short 20-25 minute drive to the convention center without the long wait times. the staff was incredibly friendly, especially mr yousef at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us. plus, the outdoor heated pool was a great way to unwind.

Just a prime choice for a brief sojourn in Tampa with outstanding value. I enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a suite during my stay. Try to ask for a room on an upper floor to avoid noise from others.

One area for improvement would be addressing the carpet cleanliness in common areas, as it felt a bit neglected during my stay.
